Overview:
The Consumer Feedback Toolkit is a resource aimed at supporting service providers in developing and implementing effective consumer feedback systems. It offers practical advice and tools for staff to design systems that are suitable for diverse consumers. Developed by Kate Pascale and Associates Pty. Ltd. with the Eastern Sector Development Team in 2015, the toolkit was redeveloped in 2024 based on feedback from users. The goal of the Toolkit is to help providers gather evidence about their work and learn from consumers. |
