This practical guide supports registered home care providers to demonstrate due diligence when engaging and managing associated providers. It includes:

You can adapt the framework to suit your governance systems, service model and risk profile.
 
Note: The management of associated providers under the Aged Care Act 2024 is still untested with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Use this guide and its tools as preparatory resources – not as a substitute for legal or professional advice.
